1/19 Shanghai CCDE 400-007 844 points Pass
Total questions: 110, with approximately 15 new questions, including 13 new multiple-choice questions and 2 new map-based questions. AI questions comprised 5 of the new questions (including the 2 map-based questions). Thoughts: Although this recertification exam only covered one subject, memorizing 500 questions was incredibly mentally taxing, probably due to my advancing age. I initially saw on the forum that there were 10 new questions, but I counted 5 more than expected. During each exam, I hoped that no new questions would appear after the next "Next" step, but they still did. When I submitted the last question, I thought I might have to pay extra again, but then the "congratulations" screen appeared, which put my mind at ease. I can now work in the industry for another 3 years ... Read More…

Total questions: 110. There were also some new AI questions, and more than 5 new questions in the Tuotu section (one of which asked about descriptions of LAAS, PAAS, SAAS, etc.). Due to insufficient preparation time, I barely passed...! ... Read More…
1/4 CCNP 350-401 Pass
I've already taken the exam. It had 60 questions, including multiple choice and graph-based questions. The lab questions were the same six as before. The lab questions were: NetFlow/SPAN/SLA, VRF-2, BGP address-family, pot channel-7, OSPF-3, and Copp-27. I chose the online exam and didn't receive a score report. I passed on the evening of January 4th, but only received the email on January 7th ... Read More…

The lab has 4 problems: mgre, syslog, DMVPN, and ACL. There are 3 problems involving dragging graphs, one of which I haven't seen before, and four new problems. All four practical problems have changed, with the DMVPN and ACL problems changing the most ... Read More…
December 10th, Hong Kong, CCNP 350-401 Passed
The lab released 6 questions, but most were variations on the same theme, though the concepts were largely similar. I only looked at the 7 key questions. Thanks for the reminder; 6 of those 7 questions were indeed tested, with variations. The biggest variation was a sub-question within the monitor question, which changed from setting up a flow monitor to setting up a flow exporter. There were 60 questions in total, and about 3 multiple-choice questions were unfamiliar. By the way, regarding the VRF tunnel question, I don't know why, but I just can't build it ... Read More…

There are 110 questions in total, with about 12 new questions, including 3 drag-and-drop questions. The new questions cover various aspects such as AI, wireless, voice, and surveillance. Two questions involve the CIA: one is a drag-and-drop question with 6 options on the left and 3 options related to the CIA on the right; the other is a multiple-choice question asking which option belongs to Integrity. Familiarity with the question bank should be sufficient ... Read More…

The exam starts with six lab questions. CoPP: Same as the exam bank, note the parameter changes. NetFlow/SPAN/SLA: This tests the flow exporter. The destination is already specified, so the question is about using UDP. VRF-2: Finance: Note the capitalization of FIANANCE, and other parameter changes. BGP Address-Family: Same as the exam bank, note the router-id may change (loopback 0 or loopback). Port Channel-7: Same as the exam bank, note the vlan 20 root primary. OSPF-3: /19 summary, note the router-id may change. There were about five slow questions: Two slow questions about Python scripts, One slow question about container, VNF, virtual machine definitions, etc. One slow question about Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. One slow question about Cisco SD-WAN characteristics ... Read More…

54 questions in total. 6 Lab questions: VRF (Finance): VRF Finance is already defined, pay attention to capitalization. CoPP (SSH): Pay attention to the version. Export/SPAN/IP SLA (Http get): Export is already defined, just specify the destination. OSPF (ip ospf XX area XX & summary /18): Non-network version. Port-Channel (root primary) eBGP (Address-family): Pay attention to the AS number. I don't remember many Drag and Drop questions, but the one about NAT & ACL seems new. 10/9 Xiamen CCDE 400-007 Pass
There were 110 questions in total. The first 7-8 questions were new, and there were about 17 multiple-choice questions covering topics like AI/ML, operations services, and security design. There were also 7 new questions about dragging images (one was about network classification, such as Internet zone and server farm zone, and another was about security CIA, covering confidentiality, integrity, accuracy, and redundancy). I didn't think they were too difficult. I ended up with a score of 850, which shows that the question bank is solid. With good preparation, I should have no problem passing ... Read More…

There were four lab questions, the first three of which were redistribute-1, syslog-1, and mGRE-1. Some of the question descriptions differed from the question bank, but they essentially covered the same problem and solution. The numbers and interfaces were modified. The first three questions, including the verification, took about 30 minutes... The fourth question was completely new, and I gave up because I thought it would take too long. I couldn't find the answer online ... Read More…
